From the moment you start selling Light & Living products, we do all we can to ensure our partnership is a success. We support you with visual and promotional materials, communicate clearly about what you can expect from us and we supply as agreed. We ensure you remain enthusiastic about our collection by adding new products to our collection regularly. We then present these products in an appealing way.

Website & webshop
You can order the entire collection on this Light & Living website (www.light-living.co.uk if UK customer), provided the products are in stock. You can search by product number or name, or you can use the filter menu to the left of the webshop page to search by product group, colour or material. On the website, you can see which products are new to the collection and you can then order these straight away. Be inspired by the Light & Living stylists’ themes and remain abreast of Light & Living’s activities.
To order from the website, you need the Customer number and your personal password. If you no longer have this password, click the ‘forgotten password’ button on the login page of our website. We recommend customers to not save your login password in their web browser - as this can cause security problems without logout.

We regularly send a digital newsletter to our subscribed clients. It contains news about the organisation and the collection. We share the latest products with you and offer inspiring examples about the best way to present our collection. In addition, you receive invitations to trade fairs and other events through this newsletter.
Even before new products appear on the website, you can discover them through our social media channels. You can see photographic features on clients who have fitted out locations with Light & Living products. We update you on technical developments or changes in the market and let you know when and where we will be participating in various home and home lighting trade fairs throughout the year. Light & Living puts a great deal of effort into the photography of its products, including ambient photography. As a client, you are free to use these photos to support the sales of our collection. You can find all product and ambient images on our FTP server at
In addition to the photos, you can also find current price lists, product sheets, energy labels, etc. When you become a client, you receive a login name and password for this online database. If you no longer have these details, send an email to email@example.com, so that we can send you new details as soon as possible.
You can view the Light & Living collection online, as well as in hardcopy format. Every year, Light & Living publishes a catalogue with an overview our entire collection. The products are displayed in a clear overview and presented in an appealing way. Since the prices are not listed in the catalogue, but on a separate price list, you can also use the catalogue as a sales tool for clients. The catalogue is published in autumn around the trade fair season and can only be ordered in conjunction with another order. Once you have logged in, you can view the catalogue online on the website.
In addition to the catalogue, we publish the Style Magazine twice a year with new or seasonal products. This brochure provides a good overview of the most recent additions to the collection. The Style Magazine is distributed at trade fairs in spring and autumn and can be viewed online on our website.
The Light & Living collection really comes into its own in our showrooms. Light & Living has a showroom in Noordwijk (in The Netherlands). The showroom at the Light & Living head office in Noordwijk is our pride and joy. The whole collection is on display here, presented in a spectacular fashion. Light & Living exhibits at international lighting and home decor trade fairs twice a year. We present part of the basic collection at these trade fairs, as well as many new products. Naturally, you can order directly from one of our Light & Living staff members, who would be delighted to speak to you and advise you on creating your own collection. As a Light & Living client, you receive invitations to the trade fairs by email. In addition, you can read the details of all trade fairs on the website in the event calender.
Cash & Carry centres (The Netherlands)
The Light & Living collection has also been on sale at Cash & Carry centres since the brand’s inception. Consumers can buy our products in these stores without being tied to a minimum order value or quantity. In addition, your purchases are ready for collection immediately. The App4customers is the happy medium between our printed catalogue and the online webshop. Whereas webshop orders are guided by product photos, the iPad-app features ambient photos. By clicking on an item in an ambient image, you can order the product immediately. You can download the Light & Living app4customers for free in the app store. Your login details are the same as for the website.
